Quit Smoking Now!

Content: Quiting smoking is not the easiest thing to do, every one who ever smoked knows that. But, the most important thing is to

have a positive attitude about it, and realize that many people have been able to quit before you, so there's no reason why you shouldn't succeed.

You just have to find the method that fits you. There are many different ways to stop smoking; hypnosis, gum, band-aids, books on the subject and much, much more. It's important that you do a bit of research on what method might fit you the best. There's plenty of information on all of these methods on the internet. Decide a date, some weeks in advance, when you like to start your stop smoking program. In that way you have some time to get mentally prepared for the task.

When the date comes up, see to it that you get rid of all the cigarettes in your house. It's too easy to fail if you have them around. Get rid of everything.

Whatever method you choose, you will be helped by using some relaxation or meditation methods a couple of minutes a day. It doesn't have to be anything advanced, a relaxation cd with music on maybe that you'll listen to every evening. Or some other kind of meditation form.

You will have days when it will be very hard for you. And if you fail, remember not to give up. Or if the method you chose is not good enough, don't give up. Pick another way that may suit you better.
